Just a little email as promised to give you some feedback. I felt as if I was ‘walking on air’ when I left my appointment. I keep trying to imagine my panic in regards to flying and ‘911’ and can’t which is really an amazing feeling. I am even happy hearing planes and helicopter noises above the house! Before I saw you I would hide under the table in panic! My Husband and Mother can’t quite believe the difference in me.

We have just four weeks till we fly to Canada and I am really looking forward to it. I have also just booked flights to Glasgow for a weekend in Scotland in May (something I would not have been happy doing before seeing you)

My partner and I trained with Janet Thomson on the Algorithm course in March 2008.  Initially I was skeptical about taking the course because I had read 'Tapping the Healer within' by Roger Callahan, and naively thought that I couldn't learn much more.  How wrong I was! I've attended a great many training courses and therefore know the value of a good trainer.   Janet's training was superb and I would consider Janet  to be one of the best trainers that I have met.    Her style is friendly, approachable, informative, enjoyable and captivating.  Every subject was covered in depth, and she would not move on until she was certain that we had fully grasped the concept that she was conveying.
 
It's not hyperbole to say that this two day course has changed my life. As a driving instructor I now consistently use TFT with my pupils to alleviate 'nerves on the day', and to help them visualise passing their test, with a high success rate.  So much so that I'm now writing a book on the subject.  None of this would have been possible without Janet.
 
If you are in any doubt as to either the efficacy of Thought Field Therapy, or of Janet's training, take my word for it, you have no need to be!

I'd like to thank Janet for the weight loss course I attended in April. Since attending I've been doing workshops and seeing private clients for weight loss with great results and already started to get referrals from it. Although I'd been a hypnotherapist for 5 years I'd really stopped seeing weight loss clients as I'd lost the enthusiasm to see any more.
Janet changed all that, she made the day fun and I learnt new techniques and remembered old ones. I also found that my own confident grew - so I'd like to thank you Janet. Here is an extract from one of the letters of thanks I've received from a client.

I still haven't finished reading the book so I'm only applying the bare minimum of the techniques that are available to us. However the changes that I've made have worked. There are some foods that I've not yet tested for, but I've become more aware of how I feel when I eat - I'm more in control and realise now the reasons why I was eating and have managed to re-educate my system with ease.  Will update again soon, R, Basingstoke

Am posting to report on progress after 12 days on the programme and am delighted with my three and a half pounds weight loss. This was achieved after the first few days and I have been stuck since then so I guess its a plateau as I am not doing anything different. I hope it will come right in the end. One change could be that I have been less active this week as I have had a cold and not been out much.  I have used a lot of the keys but not all have been important. I do know I need to challenge myself more with the activity/exercise part of the programme!  - H, Norfolk

Steve, to summarise: Stomach less bloated, less fatigue, sleeping better, drinking more water, cooking more fresh food (as pre-packed stuff has  ingredients I can't have), food tastes better and is more enjoyable, absolutely no urges for chocolate or sweet things – hurrah!

I came away from the course really motivated and excited about putting all the principles into practice. Over the past 12 days I've lost 1.5kgs (about 3lbs) which I'm very pleased about – aiming for a total of about 8kg. I do a fair amount of exercise and haven't changed this over the past 12 days, but I have fairly radically changed the way I'm eating.
