hope your keeping well. Since seeing you last week I haven’t had any panic attacks, its fantastic. They had started to become such a major part of my life and to have had resolved it is such a huge relief, thank you so much. I’ve also being doing my daily tapping routine and have noticed a real difference, I’m much calmer and focused.

Just a little email as promised to give you some feedback. I felt as if I was ‘walking on air’ when I left my appointment. I keep trying to imagine my panic in regards to flying and ‘911’ and can’t which is really an amazing feeling. I am even happy hearing planes and helicopter noises above the house! Before I saw you I would hide under the table in panic! My Husband and Mother can’t quite believe the difference in me.
We have just four weeks till we fly to Canada and I am really looking forward to it. I have also just booked flights to Glasgow for a weekend in Scotland in May (something I would not have been happy doing before seeing you)
Thank you so very much again – You have literally changed my life.

I still haven't finished reading the book so I'm only applying the bare minimum of the techniques that are available to us. However the changes that I've made have worked. There are some foods that I've not yet tested for, but I've become more aware of how I feel when I eat - I'm more in control and realise now the reasons why I was eating and have managed to re-educate my system with ease. Am posting to report on progress after 12 days on the programme and am delighted with my three and a half pounds weight loss. This was achieved after the first few days and I have been stuck since then so I guess its a plateau as I am not doing anything different. I hope it will come right in the end. One change could be that I have been less active this week as I have had a cold and not been out much. I have used a lot of the keys but not all have been important. I do know I need to challenge myself more with the activity/exercise part of the programme! - H, Norfolk

Steve, to summarise: Stomach less bloated, less fatigue, sleeping better, drinking more water, cooking more fresh food (as pre-packed stuff has ingredients I can't have), food tastes better and is more enjoyable, absolutely no urges for chocolate or sweet things – hurrah!
